Nicole Burleson is a technology lawyer representing clients involved in intellectual property litigation and technology transactions. She has worked on various matters ranging from patent opinions to pretrial disclosures. Prior to joining Chen Malin LLP, Nicole worked in the legal department of Cisco Systems, Inc. helping to negotiate and draft service agreements with the nation’s largest telecommunications providers. Nicole earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she was a national finalist on the Holderness Moot Court Intellectual Property Team as well as a pro bono student attorney in the Intellectual Property Clinic.
